Is there a minimum service level?

Ongoing Garden Stewardship begins at structured monthly care blocks to ensure meaningful attention and steady progress. Seasonal Restoration and project-based services are available for those seeking focused support.

Are plants and materials included?

Plant material, soil, edging, and specialty installations are billed separately unless otherwise specified. Time spent sourcing materials is included within your reserved care hours.

When is payment due?

Monthly care blocks are invoiced at the beginning of each month to reserve dedicated time in my schedule. Project-based services are invoiced according to scope and timeline.

What if my garden needs fewer hours some months?

Care levels can be adjusted seasonally. If we consistently require less time, we can recalibrate your care block to maintain balance.

What if we need more time in a given month?

Additional hours may be added as schedule allows, or work can continue the following month within your reserved structure.

Do you remove debris from the property?

Debris is typically consolidated on-site unless removal is discussed and included in the project scope.

Do you offer one-time clean-ups?

Seasonal Restoration visits are available for clients who prefer focused spring or fall support without ongoing monthly stewardship.

Do you offer referral benefits?

Referrals are deeply appreciated. As a thank you, existing clients who refer new clients that book a structured service will receive a service credit toward future care.
